I’m so delighted you have decided to join me for this New Moon Chakra Meditation With Crystal Singing Bowls on Wednesday the 19th of August from 7 - 8.15pm. Please find some details below to support your attendance at this event.

• Accessing The Event: you can access the event through a private facebook group HERE. The event will commence at 7pm. I ask that you have requested to join the private facebook group by 5pm tomorrow, ensuring you are admitted to the group prior to the event. If your facebook profile name is different to the name you booked with, please let me know in advance, so you will be granted access to the group.

• Recording Of The Event: If you have decided not to join the event via facebook the recording will be sent to each of you as soon as it is uploaded, and you will have access to it for 48 hours. You do not need a facebook account to access the recording.

• Registration Form: Please complete your registration form HERE before 5pm tomorrow.

• What To Bring: As this is an online event, I recommend that you find a quiet cosy place to make the most of our time together. You may wish to bring your earphones to enhance the sound of the crystal singing bowls, a journal and pen for your reflective moments. Our meditation can be completed sitting or lying down, so bring anything you need to feel comfortable.
