The Heart Of Yoga is a healing movement practice for body, mind and soul.

In many mystical traditions the heart is said to be the centre of our being, which holds the power to our happiness, and our ability to experience love in the world.

Each class is a unique weaving of intuitive guidance drawing from the ancient traditions of yoga to enable you to touch a place of stillness within.

These classes offer a physically gentle practice, that are powerful in releasing blocked, stuck or stagnant energy through the physical body, emotions, thoughts and energy system.

Yoga Of The Heart classes offers a fusion of practices drawing from Dru yoga, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, pranayama (breathwork), mantra, kirtan (chanting), visualisations, meditation and deep relaxation. Each class is unique and guided by spirit for the highest good of all participants.


Live online term of classes each month:

Mondays 7.30 - 8.45pm

Classes live online via zoom with viewable recording available from Tuesday until Monday.
