Classes, Workshops, Sound Baths, Retreat Days & Programs: 

Missed classes, sound baths, workshops, retreat days or programs cannot be transferred to future events, fees will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the host, however if you can't attend you can send someone in your place once you have made me aware of this change.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will only be issued if classes, workshops, sound baths or programs do not run.  Classes, workshops or programs missed cannot be carried into a new term and will not be refunded.

1-1 Sound Healing:

Should you need to cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice must be given.  Your appointment can then be re-scheduled for a later date.  Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time cannot be transferred to a new date, however you are welcome to transfer it to a person of your choice. 

Please note your appointment will commence on time, so please arrive a few minutes early.  Late arrival for appointments will mean that your session will be shorter than normal, and still finsih at your designated time.
