I'm delighted you've decided to join me for a 1-1 combination sessions of Holistic Life Coaching & Sound Healing.
Please note the following details to support you, in getting the most from your session:
Before attending your in person sound healing appointment you must complete your covid compliance form in relation to covid-19.
You will be required to wear your mask upon entering our clinic and throughout your appointment.
Hand sanitiser will be available for your use, and we ask that you use this upon entering our clinic.
Before your session please drink lots of water to support the resonance / vibration of sound in your body.
Schedule some time before your session for you to think about and feel into what you would like to explore in your session. Please bring your pen and notebook to our session, for your lightbulb and reflective moments.
What to wear: loose comfortable clothing is best, as buckles, belts and buttons can disturb the resonance of the bowls.
Fees for your session of €90 for 90 Minute Session can be paid in advance HERE.
Directions to River Holistic in Raheny can be found HERE. On street parking is available- please check signs as some roads around the centre are pay and display. Reception will be closed on Sundays, so please just ring the bell for entry at your appointment time.
Directions To Blackwater Clinic my blackwater clinic is based at my home, and is therefore not sign posted. You can use my eircode Y21YK65 to get here, however please be aware that google may take you through some of the backroads. Alternatively the best route to take (coming from Dublin) is to take exit 23 on the M11, as you exit take the 3rd exit at the round about, at the next two roundabouts continue straight through, at the next round about take the first exit, sign posted for wexford/ R742. Continue on this road for about 25 minutes, pass through Ballycanew, Ballyedmond, and signs for Killmuckridge. At the sign posted for Blackwater take the left turn. Continue to the village. At the T junction take a left, continue straight through the roundabout, then take the second left turn (approximately 1km from the village). Continue past the two houses on the left, around two sharp bends and my house is the cream wall on the left (aproximatley 0.5km from the main raod). A gentle reminder that sound healing is not suitable for those whohave a pacemaker, acute inflammation, advanced stage of cancer, cancer tumours, metal implants, had surgery within 3 months and are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
