I'm delighted you've decided to join me for this term of online DRU yoga classes.
Please note the following details to support you, in getting the most from your class(es):
Your Environment: It’s a good idea to have a clear space in which you can move freely within your session. It would be great if you could position yourself so I can see you during your movement practice, as this will ensure I can offer extra guidance, suggestions and modifications just as I do in our in-person classes.
Registration Form: Please complete your registration form for your class which was emailed directly to you at least 24 hours before your class. Once your registration form is complete you will receive a link to access our live class on Monday morning.
Start Time / Late Entrants: This class will commence on time at 7.30pm. The online link will be open from 7.20pm, and you are welcome to arrive and settle in these moments before we begin. Our waiting room will be enabled, giving our class an extra layer of security. If you log on after 7.30pm this may delay your entrance into the class.
What To Bring: your mat, a cushion or pillow, blanket & water, plus anything else you'll need to get cosy for our deep relaxation.
Zoom: Classes will take place on zoom. If you have not used zoom before please click HERE to download the free app or software to enable you to attend. This can take a few minutes, so is best to do in advance of our class.
