Please note the following details to support you, in getting the most from your session:
Before your session schedule some time for you to think about what you would like to explore in your session.
Please bring your pen and notebook, for your lightbulb and reflective moments. Wear comfy clothes which you can easily move in, as sometimes I incorporate gentle movements into the sessions to release blocked energy.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete your registration form, making sure we can start on time, or alternatively feel free to print, complete and bring THIS FORM with you.
Directions to River Holistic in Raheny can be found HERE. On street parking is available- please check signs as some roads around the centre are pay and display. If you require directions please just give reception a call on 01 8310888. If reception is closed please just ring the bell.
Booking Options & Fees:
Fees can be paid in advance via paypal HERE or after your session by card or cash.
o Clarity Session- lasting 75 minutes. Investment €90
o Option 2: 1 x 75 minute Clarity Session followed by 3 monthly sessions (75 mins each). Total investment is €380 (payment plan option- deposit of €140, plus three monthly payments of €80).
o Option 3: 1 x 75 minute Clarity Session followed by 5 monthly sessions (75 mins each). Total investment is €490 (payment plan option- deposit of €140, plus five monthly payments of €70).
