Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep which it is sometimes referred to, is a state of deep relaxation between conscious waking and sleep.
In Yoga Nidra we completely relax the physical body and move on an inward journey of conscious awareness, through a guided meditation like approach. Yoga Nidra is completed lying down, supported with blankets, pillows and bolsters.
At the start of this session we will gently stretch the body to release any tension before resting in a relaxed way. Using the power of Yoga Nidra we will work through the five layers or koshas of our being, to elevate stress and tension in the body, mind, emotions and energy system, thus creating space for a deeper place of deep rest and relaxation through all the layers of our being.

This session is suitable for everyone, and no previous yoga or meditation experience is required.
