Please take 5 minutes to simply breath before the session starts so that you can fully benefit, and we can dive straight in.

Cancelations, Refunds & Re-scheduling.

I know this time of year gets extra busy, and often things change, but please be aware I will need a minimum of 24 hours notice if you require your session to be  rescheduled otherwise the session will be cancelled without refund.  If you give a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule and I do not have any remaining availability at a time that is suitable for you I will issue you a fully refund.
