As we approach the first New Moon of the year and decade, we will connect with a meditation and the healing vibration of the quartz crystal singing bowls to tune the seven main chakras / energy centres, and clear the pathways for new wishes to be sown.

Moving towards the new moon, it is an ideal time to get clear on what it is you would like to welcome into your life, and to allow the energy of the expanding moon to support both you and your intention.

The sound and vibration of the quartz crystal singing bowls can help to clear stagnant energy from the chakras and our auric field.  This gentle clearing guides us back into alignment, enables us to clear blocks and move forward in life with a deeper confidence in our being.

We will begin this session with gentle movements to release tension and open the body to the process of meditation, before moving into the meditation with the crystal singing bowls. The meditation will be completed sitting either on the earth or on a chair.

This meditation is suitable for anyone who wishes to connect with their chakras, the energy of the moon and experience the healing power of the crystal singing bowls. No previous meditation experience is required.
