A Quick Guide To Support You....

  • Accomplishments From May: take a few moments, sit quietly and note down the amazing things or lessons you learned in May.
  • Joy List: make a list of the things which bring you joy, and as you go through the month start doing them, and marking them off.
  • Core Desired Feelings: pick 3 feelings you'd like to feel this month, or use your yearly feelings if you have already welcomed them in for the year ahead, and start doing the things which bring these feelings to you.
  • Synchronicities From June: note the meaningful coincidences that are showing up in your life.  For example I arrived on holidays last week to be greeted by a singing bowl, ting shaws and chimesin the apartment I was staying, (there is a video in our online community) I recommend doing this daily.
