Individual Sound Healing Sessions Online

Working with specific conditions, on going challenging life patterns, chakra imbalances or to simply renew a deep state of balance the singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, zaphir chimes, solfeggio pipes are used to bath you in the healing vibrations of sound as you rest in the comfort of your own home snuggled in your blanket.  The sound is absorbed where it is needed most and having an intention for your session can support you in your sound healing session.

Online sound healing sessions last for 90 minutes and are tailored uniquely to your needs. Each session consists of a consultation to discuss what you would like me to focus upon, the sound session itself consisting of tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, solfeggio pipes and lots of chimes, with time after to discuss what has arisen in the session.  The virtual sessions last for 90 minutes, and is uniquely tailored to you.

Contra-Indications

Sound healing sessions are suitable for most people who wish to relax from the daily stress of life, or who are ready to move into a deeper space of healing and balance within. Sound Healing is subtle yet powerful and is therefore contra indicated for people with a pacemaker, sound sensitive eplipsey and in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Your Session Consists Of

90 minute online sound healing session costs €75

This session consists of:

• A phone or zoom consultation before your session- so you can guide me to what you would like me to focus upon.

• Your 60 minute sound healing session online live via a personalised private individual link on facebook (this has the best sound delivery), or if you are not on Facebook your session can be recorded for you, and delivered to your inbox at an agreed specified time.

• Directly after your sound healing session, a phone or zoom conversation to discuss anything that has arisen during your sound healing session. During this session I will also share with you any intuitive guidance which has arisen into my awareness for you during your sound healing session.
