I'm delighted you've decided to join me for this Full Moon, Lunar Eclipse Soothing Sound Bath on

Saturday July 4th from 7 - 8pm.

Please note the following details to support you, in getting the most from this event:

• Before the workshop please drink lots of water to support the resonance / vibration of sound in your body.

• What to you’ll need: a cosy place in which you will be undisturbed. Blankets & pillows to create your cosy nest, some water and headphones to support the sound resonance.

You will receive an email 1 hour before your sound session with your attendance link to the email you provided on the booking form.
